Dosage

Using the 1 oz. measuring cap provided, pour and fill 1/2 oz. of minerals (half a cap full). Take 1 half ounce (1/2 oz.) on an empty stomach; 30 minutes prior to eating. If you are mineral deficient and taking this product for the first time, you may experience some mild nausea. We recommend diluting the supplement (1/2 oz. minerals to 8 oz. water) for the first three (3) days to avoid discomfort.
